The Materials Data Management (MDM) team is responsible for driving data governance and integrity of all material data from product disclosure, throughout product lifecycle to ensure flawless execution. This role requires close collaboration across functions: global teams (e.g Worldwide Product Configuration), Operations (e.g. Supply & Demand Planning, Reseller Channel backoffice, product localisation management, product launch readiness). Description Description - Manage material data readiness and execute material setup in SAP to support on-time new product introductions (NPI) while ensuring the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality - Manage and update material setup throughout product lifecycle in SAP and various systems - Address root causes through post mortem, propose continuous improvements to ensure consistent accuracy, mitigate risk and increase efficiency - Drive, support and participate in User-Acceptance Test and projects whilst providing inputs on process improvements to scale up the team efficiency Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience Process and Systems oriented with a consistent track record to identify and propose process and system improvement Analytical problem solver with ability to root cause issues and propose short term remediation and/or long term improvement initiatives within or across functional departments Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications 1 to 3 years multinational experience in a similar supply chain management role would be an added advantage Demonstrate attention to details, capability to manage and prioritise competing tasks and ability to deliver quality results under compressed timelines Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to articulate issues, findings or analysis in a clear and concise manner Proven expertise with data analytics and visualisation tools such as Excel, Tableau, Macros etc Knowledge/experience of working in SAP is a plus Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements More
