The Program Manager will oversee the successful execution of various programs and initiatives designed to enhance our platform and user experience - for example, setting up new onboarding processes for Live sellers, designing incentive programs to increase streaming hours, developing seller communication programs, implementing Salesforce for relationship management, etc. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating between multiple departments, ensuring alignment with company goals, and driving the timely delivery of projects.What you will accomplish:Understand business goals, define project scopes and success criteria, and create multi-phase plan to achieve them, with detailed project plans that outline resources, timelines, and budgets. Build cross functional relationships that enable you to gather information, influence processes and propose changes. Likely partners for this role include our pricing & monetization team, legal & policy teams, marketing team, and scaled support / onboarding teamsThink creatively to overcome organizational or technological challenges; bring new ideas (eg, external vendors, process shortcuts) that help us achieve our goals and save time and/or moneyMonitor and report on program progress, including milestones, progress, risks, and issues, to stakeholders and senior management.Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure smooth execution and problem resolution.Evaluate program performance upon completion, gathering feedback and implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement.What you will bring:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the tech or entertainment industry.Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.Strategic thinking skills: ability to deeply understand business goals, explain them clearly to cross functional partners, develop frameworks for success, and cases for investment. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to succinctly communicate complex problems to executive audiences, quantify issues and impact, and develop well thought-through resource asks and potential solutions.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$106,800 - $162,800Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
