Our team faces a variety of unique and interesting challenges, from implementing important services and building new tools and components to creating new and engaging end-user experiences and streamlining processes.As someone who has worked on teams developing modern cloud-based services in a fast-paced, agile environment, you should know how to build and guide teams while inspiring them to remain at the cutting edge. You will report to a Software Development Director, and this position follows a hybrid work model.ResponsibilitiesDesign, code, test, debug, and document new and existing components to ensure that software meets business, quality, and operational needsBuild high-quality code following unit testing and test-driven developmentCreate and participate in code and document reviews, mentoring juniors in best practicesCollaborate with architects, DevOps, support, and product organizations on technical issuesInterpret and translate business needs into technical requirements and accurate estimatesEvaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality and performanceWork with the team to troubleshoot code-level problemsApply deep technical expertise to resolve challenging programming and design issuesContribute to the design and architecture to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable softwareMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience5 to 8 years of relevant industry experience in Node.js and React.jsKnowledge of public cloud service platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)Familiarity with serverless technologies such as AWS LambdaExperience with Scrum and agile development processes and methodologiesProactive, quick decision maker with excellent communication and writing skills#LI-AK1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
