Job Profile Summary Leads a team within a content and design function while maintaining some duties of an individual contributor Job Duties and Responsibilities Stays current with the latest developments in domain; contributes to activities that ensure products and projects align with market trends Reviews product content (e.g., courses, PDFs, presentations) to ensure quality and consistency of branding, typography, and graphics Provides consistent support to syndicated, purchased courses through established update process, as well as development of new courses as defined by product lead, while triaging questions to larger team, and researching innovative ideas for future development with guidance from manager Management Responsibility: Manage a team of colleagues. Train team members on standard operating procedures and best practices for course development, with guidance from manager. Lead, direct and review the team’s work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with measurable contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and department. Establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and department objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress. Understand and explain policies, practices and procedures within immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team.
