This role requires a results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle.Essential Duties and Responsibilities3PP and Resellers Business Development:Focus on 3PP business and resellers managementIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and company goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Sales Management:Lead and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to ensure team alignment with sales objectives.Client Engagement:Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts with potential and existing clients.Address client needs and concerns effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Sales Strategy:Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives and market conditions.Reporting and Analytics:Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop and execute campaigns and promotional activities.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.Pre-Requisites :Are you game?
