The ChallengeThe Digital Experience Subscription Renewals Team is currently seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join and form part of an exceptional team of renewal specialists within our Solution Led business. Here at Adobe, renewals are at the heart of our success as a company.Renewals Sales Specialists are responsible for driving and owning the renewal process end to end across Adobe accounts. They play a critical role in ensuring on-time renewal success and execution by closely collaborating with internal partners, including Sales Leadership, Solution Account Managers, Solution Account Executives, and Operations specialists.Renewals Sales Specialists work directly with customers to ensure they are set up for success in their upcoming renewal by providing value-based propositions on SaaS solutions, supporting their business requirements, and overcoming objections to save at-risk renewals.To succeed on our team, you will need strong sales, operations, and analytical skills, as well as drive and discipline to lead and execute on your pipeline with high efficiency.What You’ll DoStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills with confidence in managing complex customer situations while ensuring excellent service.Engage with business partners in legal, finance, operations, contracts etc. to resolve issues raised by your customers.Monitor renewals 120+ days ahead, assessing risks, collaborators, account activity, and growth opportunities through to closure.Manage your weekly pipeline and provide timely, accurate updates to management on progress and attrition.Research customer contracts and purchasing history in Adobe's CRM to create timely, accurate renewal quotes.Attain quarterly targets for bookings in your patch, on-time renewals and overall critical renewal metrics.What You Need To SucceedMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar/related function (e.g. Technology Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Services Renewals).Strong interpersonal skills with expertise in handling conflict effectively.Strong numeracy skills, including intermediate familiarity with Microsoft Excel.Proficiency in sales pipeline management and CRM tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar systems.Take the plunge and jump inLiking what you have read and keen to jump in?
