Adobe Design Operations is seeking a highly organized Associate Program Manager to focus on operational process efficiencies and improvements to an ever evolving and growing team. You’ll be responsible for partnering closely with design leadership in spearheading the team’s workload and process, building positive relationships, and ensuring strategic alignment to deliver quality experiences for our customers. This is a chance for someone with a passion for organization development, design thinking and program management to work in a fun, creative organization in San Francisco.What you'll Do· Partner with Design leadership to come up with scalable and flexible process frameworks.· Prioritize design and development efforts with multiple dependencies.· Ensure regular, effective communication with team members and cross-functional resources.· Build and manage schedules and lead tasks to completion.· Build engagement models with cross functional teams, balancing multiple priorities and needs, and bringing together requirements and goals.· Update project documentation and communicate program status and risks with various partners across the company.· Act as a design process champion.What You Need to Succeed· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related major· Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.· Collaborative and well-organized — Able to work cooperatively with other team members. Asks for help when needed from manager, leads, and experts. Able to set personal schedules and meet deadlines. Clearly and continuously communicates needs and current status to stakeholders.· Proactive and iterative — Works proactively to identify and solve problems by finding common threads. Able to iterate on feedback and create multiple solutions· Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills - Clearly and timely articulates options, next steps and decisions needed. Respectfully and humbly hold people accountable· Interest in or knowledge of user experience design and the underlying design process.· Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Airtable, Dropbox, Dropbox Paper, and SlackOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $50,100 -- $101,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
