The job involves a range of responsibilities that focus on continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices across various departments. Tasks and ResponsibilitiesContribute to business operations strategy development and assist in the identification, planning, and implementation of business improvement opportunities.Continuously measure and monitor processes, risks, and controls through post-implementation reviews and gap analysis.Implement operational excellence strategies and roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals.Lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and usage of required changes. Anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders impacted by the changes.Mentor and coach continuous improvement champions to drive global metrics including productivity, cost, quality, delivery, and lead time.Act as a subject matter expert on process/continuous improvement methodologies, tools and techniques.Preferred RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in leading improvement projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment.LSS Green Belt certified and Black Belt trained/certified preferred.A solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
