Job Requisition ID #24WD81456Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking a License Compliance Analyst to join an exciting team of License Compliance. The position will be a part of a team of 9 License Compliance in Korea. The focus of this role will be to provide required analytics to the License Compliance sales teams through the analysis and review of data as well as making strategy of License Compliance sales. This role will report directly to the Manager of License Compliance Team.ResponsibilitiesDrives, develops, executes, and monitors License Compliance strategy to meet and exceed revenue planIdentify and capture sales opportunities with existing or new customers who are misusing / using non-genuine Autodesk softwareProfile LC prospects through specialized Autodesk License Compliance analytics tools, telemetry and databasesDevelop and manage pipeline of license compliance opportunities and activities in SFDCExecute sales motions based on outcome-focused conversations with C-Level and Senior Executives across industry segmentsLead customers through the LC process by presenting compliance data and audit findings to customers; and negotiating mutually agreed settlement and time frames for purchase executionEngage with C-level to ascertain business needs & risks; and advise on strategic investments required to address these needs.whilst resolving the compliance issues to its fullest and providing high value to the customersMay work with a third-party auditing firm to complete remote and on-site audits of customersUnderstand Autodesk terms of use, high level legal compliance framework for relevant territories; exercise high level judgment and ethics, involving legal teams where required, for customer negotiationsCollaborate effectively across multiple teams at Autodesk (Territory, Strategic Territory and mid-market sales, Technical Specialists, Customer Success, Channel Management, and Legal) to ensure alignment on License Compliance engagementsInfluences channel to get leads; collaborates with sales to drive incremental business in targeted accounts to meet quarterly and annual revenue expectationCollaborates on best practices and drives License Compliance strategies with other geographies; recognize cultural sensitivity and adjust programs to local cultureInfluences and leverages anti-piracy initiatives i.e., collaborates with Autodesk authorized channel to evangelize Autodesk’s anti-piracy programDemonstrates strong knowledge of Autodesk software licensing models, and have basic knowledge of Autodesk products, industry trends, and outcomes based selling methodsMinimum Qualifications7-10 years of professional experience in global company environmentAt least 2-3 years of Inside Sales experienceStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Experience and comfort with communicating and negotiating at executive levelUnderstanding of software licensing models, license agreements and contractsOperation capacity with SFDC (Salesforce)Business English skills Preferred QualificationsExperience of software sales in IT industryKnowledge of Autodesk productsDemonstrate strong knowledge of Autodesk software licensing models, license agreements and contracts.
