Experience Governance Program ManagerDescription -Are you an excellent team player with experience in the field of experience governance? Are you ready to drive best practices across a varied digital portfolio spanning many types of end users? HP is seeking a program lead for the experience governance office under the office of the Chief Customer Officer. This individual must be organized and collaborative and display strong written and verbal skills. Leveraging these capabilities, the Governance Program Manager will work with team across HP to discover, capture, drive consensus on and then publish policy regarding user experience. This role is across HP and offers a unique opportunity to interact with teams across the entire company and in many disciplines. Key Responsibilities Support the three pillars of advocacy: community, content, and connection Create and conduct training sessions about digital governance Empowers and Supports the governance community through internal communication channels Drives consensus from stakeholders and subject matter experts regarding policies and best practices Writes best practices and policies to be published to the governance website Tracks compliance with written best practices and policies Support relationships between users in the community Host governance office hours and huddle sessions Contributes to internal and external events, conferences, and articles Synthesizes governance feedback Contributes to Governance community Contributes to our team and culture through collaboration, proposing improvements, and sharing feedback Qualifications BS degree in Design, Technology related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years in governance, compliance or equivalent experience 6+ years project management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong listening skills Experience with compliance, privacy, accessibility and user experience Understanding of the value and principles around governance and how it can enhance the user experience Expert level negotiation skills Excellent organization skills The base pay range for this role is $118,050 to $181,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
