Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the Web Manager will lead a small team of web developers and strategists to drive the development and maintenance of our web presence. The ideal candidate will be highly knowledgeable in large, headless web systems, serverless CDNs, and particularly the Contentful CMS. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our digital platforms are robust, scalable, and aligned with our global brand strategy. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSOversee the day-to-day management of nCino’s web properties, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.Develop and execute web strategies that enhance user engagement, drive traffic, and support conversion goals, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and marketing objectives through collaboration with Creative DirectorManage the implementation and maintenance of headless CMS platforms ensuring seamless integration with other systems and tools.Optimize website performance using serverless CDNs and other modern web technologies and by staying current with emerging web technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to enhance our web capabilities.Monitor web analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with web standards, accessibility guidelines, and SEO best practices.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to support web-related projects and initiatives.Support, guide, and empower the daily activities of employees, delegating the team’s work assignments and outputs, establishing deadlines, and verifying accuracy of work. May assist in completion of team’s work assignments.Provide training and professional development of team members; participate in the hiring selection and performance management of team members with senior leaders.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree and 6+ years of professional experience (related to web management, with a strong focus on headless web systems and serverless CDNs.) 1+ year of management; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and proficienciesProficiency with Contentful CMS and experience managing large-scale web projects.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of guiding teams to success.In-depth knowledge of modern web technologies, frameworks, and best practices (in particular a serverless tech stack).Experience with web performance optimization, including serverless architecture.Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, and user experience principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement.
