Description Description You will drive programs and/or projects from concept to delivery. This includes driving feature definition, system architecture, timelines, milestones, risk management, and program execution. You will build relationships rooted in trust for successful collaboration with multiple partner organizations. You will align teams around a common set of product goals and drive creation and execution of end-to-end project plans while handling risks and mitigations.
Communication is critical. You will provide clear and timely communication, including regular program status updates, critical issues and mitigations, changes in plans, risks, and asks as needed. You will break down complex issues into manageable chunks in order to drive engineering, design, and other teams to alignment while maintaining great partnership and collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications At least 5+ years combined experience in engineering and software project leadership delivering cross-functional projects across subject areas (SW, HW, Product, Design, QA) Strong full-stack technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning across functional disciplines Excellent track record of project management and meeting deliverables Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to win the confidence of highly skilled engineers Ability to filter and distill relevant information appropriate for audience Flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity Excellent written and verbal communication - able to cater communications based on audience Can influence and drive consensus on organizational priorities and engineering focus areas Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in project or program management Have personally orchestrated the delivery of multiple significant client/server and end user consumer facing software products requiring large organizations (20+) to execute Proficiency in Agile, SDLC development processes Strong leadership skills, including coaching and team-building Superior group facilitation and interviewing Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
