We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! What you'll Do Team up with subject matter experts (SME's) to learn our organization's processes and systems, specifically in the areas of provisioning enterprise productsBuild strong relationships with partners and customersLead and participate in large cross functional teamsWork with SMEs to gather requirements to build a backlog of user stories for project deliveryNavigate the competing needs of multiple partners and product teamsCoordinate and be responsible for user acceptance testing of project / sprint objectivesOrganize and lead demos of work accomplished and obtain business owner acceptance for work deliveredCreate process flow charts and other vital documentation for business change management and governanceSupport training of users on new process flows and systemsOther duties as assignedWhat you need to succeed 3-5 years of proven experience in an operations roleGreat communication skills and able to articulate sophisticated processes to diverse audiences in large group settingsAbility to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty around projects and initiativesAbility to resolve challenges and reach consensus for the good of AdobeMS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.)Experience in one or more of the following technologies: CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics), CPQ (Salesforce CPQ, PROs), and CLMExperience with SCRUM a plusAdobe is an equal opportunity employer. The U.S. pay range for this position is $67,800 -- $150,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
