We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Delivery Management Team in India. This is an amazing opportunity to work with typically one big Delivery Team or within two medium-sized teams, including newly formed or challenging teams. You can also effectively & independently manage end-to-end medium-sized projects (effort range of hundreds of person-days). The Delivery skillset includes both traditional Project Management and Agile Coaching within it. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Minimum 9 years of experience in Agile project management, delivery management, or related roles.Experience managing multiple projects or teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of successful project delivery and process improvement.Proven experience in managing Agile projects and teams using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best performance..Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, testers, and business analysts.Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams.Certifications: Agile-related certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Project Manager (APM), SAFe Agilist) are preferred.It would be great if you also had . . .  Understanding/exposure to Agile transformation within organization. Exposure working with multi-cultural, global, and remote teams along with ability to adapt to change. Knowledge of software development/delivery lifecycle (SDLC) & agile best practices (like DevOps, BDD, CI/CD). You are fluent in understanding, measuring, and improving outcome metrics of the team and are hands-on with Jira and project & board administration.PMP certification would be a plus. Working with development teamsMonitor team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time. Identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement changes.What will you be doing in this role? Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines, resources, and risks, while ensuring alignment with business goals.Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Act as a coach and mentor to teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to align project objectives, priorities, and expectations. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. Remove roadblocks and foster a productive working environment.Monitor team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time. Identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement changes.Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery. Develop contingency plans and escalate issues when necessary.Continuously evaluate and improve Agile processes and practices to enhance team performance and project outcomes. Drive initiatives to increase efficiency, collaboration, and quality.Guide and mentor team members on Agile practices, helping them to adopt a mindset of agility, accountability, and continuous learning.About the Team  An Agile Delivery Team is a cross-functional group of individuals who collaborate to deliver value to the customer through continuous and iterative product development. The team operates within the Agile framework, emphasizing flexibility, collaboration, and rapid feedback cycles.
