Lead Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis Team (FP&A) in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work on budgeting/forecasting/revenue reporting. The team consists of 4 people and is reporting to the Senior Manager. We have a great skill set in FP&A and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in reconciliation, analysis and revenue recognition.  About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  BCOM/BBA/MBAAtleast 7-9 years post qualification.Strong analytical, forecasting methods skills, and problem-solving skillsProven experience in reconciliation and analysis. Clear and concise communication skillsSelf-starter ability to work under minimal supervisionAbility to multi-task and prioritize complex tasks under tight deadlinesIt would be great if you also had . . .  Chartered AccountantWorking knowledge of financial and general accounting principles, practices, and proceduresSound knowledge of MS Office tools, PowerBI, MS SQL, Salesforce and Tableau will be an added advantageWhat will you be doing in this role? Develop a good understanding of Clarivate business, key performance indicators, segments business operations.Perform and oversee daily & monthly reconciliation at account and case level to ensure accuracy and completeness.Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances identified during the reconciliation process.Working closely with other respective stakeholders for timely resolution.Perform independent troubleshooting where necessary.Closely working with technical experts on process improvements.Regular communication with Operations, Business and with other finance verticals.Gain a deep understanding of and maintain/update revenue models for revenue budgeting and forecasting cycle.Support team in ad-hoc analysis, project and task as required.Revenue by customer analysis, top gainers/losers.About the Team   The team in all consists of 4 people and this role will be reporting to Senior Manager Finance Hours of Work  The regular working hours are 11 AM IST to 8:00 PM IST (Hybrid work mode)Ready to be flexible to work on extra hours as per business/process requirement At Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
