This role of the Senior Project Manager for developing and conducting end-to-end project plans to implement Clarivate Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS) software solutions.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments7+ years of Project Management experience in areas of professional services, software implementation, information systems, or equivalent.Experience with project management and productivity tools such as MS-Project, Project Insight, Jira, Confluence, or equivalentActive project management certification (e.g. CSM, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP)Excellent organizational and communication skills with team members and audiences of all levelsStrong presentation skills in one-to-one and one-to-many forums.Strong time management skills, and attention to detailProactive and self-sufficientExperience with Clarivate solutions, a PLUSExperience with IP processes and practices, a PLUSIt would be great if you also have . . .  Experience with Clarivate solutionsExperience with IP processes and practicesWhat will you be doing in this role?Seek to understand clients’ needs, their mission, and success criteriaLead and collaborate with project delivery teams, typically of 3-6 peopleCoordinate and conduct project kick-off meetingsBuild and maintain project plans and schedulesDocument changes to project scope and execute change control process as neededTrack and report project expenditures vs. budgetTrack and manage project risks, issues, and action itemsProvide status reports and conduct status and milestone meetingsSupport revenue forecastingCommunicate, collaborate, and transfer knowledge with Clients and members of a Project Team.
