Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.We are seeking a highly motivated & results-driven Loyalty Marketing Specialist / Senior Specialist to join us in shaping the future of Razer Silver - the world’s leading loyalty program for gamers.Responsibilities:Support the team in building & executing the Razer Silver engagement strategy. Conceptualize and execute loyalty marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention. Work closely with external partners & internal stakeholders (including local marketers, creative, finance, legal & compliance) to ensure timely and smooth execution of all campaigns and initiatives.Manage Razer Silver content across all communication touchpoints. Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting and provide recommendations for campaign optimization and improvements. Manage the Razer Silver Rewards Catalog including onboarding and removal of rewards. Analyse member data to gather relevant insights and identify opportunities for program & campaign optimization. Support and collaborate with other Razer business units on co-marketing activities and create new opportunities for Razer Gold and SilverPre-Requisites :Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.Minimally 2 – 4 years of experience in loyalty marketing & program management is a must.Well versed with loyalty and retention strategies, marketing trends and best practices, with proven experience in end-to-end marketing campaign execution.Experience with loyalty program management tools and content management systems.Experience in data analysis with demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Strong self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teams across multiple areas in a matrix organization.Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written presentation skills. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft office is a must.Good time-management skills and able to manage multiple concurrent projects and set clear priorities.Are you game?
