Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:As a Benefits POC:Administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policiesMaking recommendations based on data analysesMonitoring government regulations, legislation, and benefits trendsWorking with insurance brokers and benefits careersManaging the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processesAs an Administrative Advocate:Apply effective communication strategies Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveysKeep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filedEnsure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulationsConduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports,Processing of government - mandated benefits such as SSS sickness and maternity, Pagibig, loans and issuance of Philhealth documents.Processing of company related benefits Ideal candidates have:College Graduate of a 4-year courseAt least 6 months working experience in HR specifically compensation and benefits/payrollAdept in using MS office applicationsWilling to work in BGC and EastwoodWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
