Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Job Title: Sr. Analyst - Finance Operations Excellence, Finance Shared ServicesLocation: Manila, Philippines Position Summary:The Sr. Analyst is an integral member of the Finance Operations Excellence Team. This role is responsible for providing financial and operational support to FSSC and to global projects and will be working closely with different teams to meet the business goals and requirements.Key Responsibilities:Work with FSSC leaders, members and other finance teams to provide PMO support to ensure all project deliverables are complete, thorough and of high quality.Assist the Sr Manager for Operations Excellence team – FSSC with the implementation and management of all initiatives and projects including global and local projects.Provide necessary support to designated FSSC initiatives and other global projects.Maintain accurate and timely updates of SOPs, overseeing assigned processes and workflow documentations and ensure effective and efficient applicability for present and future operations.Partner with different teams in any automations, efficiencies and reporting requirements to create a fully optimized and mature shared service center.Support FSSC framework, fostering an environment where excellence is celebrated and is conducive to change and adaptability.Foster close collaboration across different FSSC teams to ensure alignment.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications / Skills Required and PreferredBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
