SEAK CX Lead & Ops Support SpecialistDescription -We are looking for a person with passion and growth mindset to work with diverse country teams in South East Asia and Korea Field & Channel Operation.A proven track record of strategic thinking, developing governance and framework,  program management.  Acts as a key advisor to SEAK country teams to help to achieve operation goals of the organization.   Responsibilities Understanding of field delivery structure and develop recommendations/ solutions to drive best customer experience and operational efficiency and improvement. Collaborate with Region and cross-functional teams and countries to make alignment and help to achieve mutual success to drive new initiatives/programs. Communicate and ensure SEAK countries to understand and follow key performance indicators to achieve key success metrics including BMS. Review and analyze operation data and drive improvement across SEAK countries with data driven recommendation. Lead SEAK Designjet operation efficiency improvement with data driven insights. Represent SEAK Market in regional projects/programs and ensure SEAK voice/requirements are heard and reflected to avoid any major gap/risk. Take the ownership of SEAK level virtual programs for channel partners/customers (eg. A3 VTAC) and manage them.Education & Requirements  Bachelor’s degree 7 ~ 8 years of experience in customer support. Strategic thinking and good problem solving ability. Good understanding on E2E customer journey and the support process and flow. Good understanding of customer support delivery structure. Excellent analytical thinking and analysis. Proficiency in data analysis Initiative execution/program management experience. Ability to work with people in diverse culture and backgrounds.
