We strive for real impact to improve the lives of our customers.As a Product Manager, you will be a member of a highly talented and innovation focused team that is responsible for building and supporting the Estimates and Proposals area to help our customers build effective estimates and professional proposals to present to their customers and convert into sales. You will help support all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including research and user validation, go-to-market strategy, roadmap prioritization, development and maintenance, and ultimately be responsible for the continued success of the products. This role requires strong drive, effective communication, and product management skill set to drive large initiatives and deliver phenomenal value and delightful experiences to our customers.What You’ll Do:Contribute to a collaborative product team, helping to define the vision and strategic roadmap for ServiceTitan’s Estimates & Proposals areaExecute effectively across all areas of the product life cycle, including research, concept, user stories, development, go-to-market, adoption, outcomes, and impactEngage closely with customers, end-users and stakeholders  to deeply understand their workflows, needs, and pain points, translating these insights into actionable product features Work closely with cross-functional teams to transform customer insights into detailed and actionable product requirements, guiding development efforts to meet user needs effectivelyBuild strong working relationships with developers, designers, UX researchers, sales engineers, and stakeholders across all departmentsUtilize user analytics and data-driven insights to guide decision-making and deliver impactful product enhancementsAct as a domain and product expert within ServiceTitan and with customers, strategic prospects, and community engagements, driving understanding and advocacy for our solutionsDrive success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers in creating internal and external launch plans.Own customer escalations to ensure proper resolution while communicating impact to roadmap itemsProactively identify and address conflicts and bottlenecks to maintain product development momentum What You’ll Bring:2+ years in product management, 1+ years of product management experience in Sales and Estimating software is a plusExperience bringing products from conception to launch Strong communication and writing skills as well as the ability to interface with all groups in the company, including executive stakeholdersAbility to quickly learn and understand complex customer workflowsStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skillsProven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detailIntelligent, quick thinking, and fast learning team playerCollaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with agile development methodologies such as ScrumFamiliarity with SaaS business models a plus4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferredBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
