This role will work with multiple departments within the company. To be successful in this role, the individual must be able to manage multiple deadlines, have strong analytical skills, be detail oriented, display a high level of organizational skills and enjoy collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast-pace environment.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for recording customer payments and performing account reconciliationsAssist with month end close responsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve payment queriesMaintain customer recordsSpecial projects as assignedBuilds rapport and trust with internal customersCollaborates with team and takes initiative on process improvement opportunitiesAssist with functionality testing and audit requests, as neededProvide guidance to team regarding standard processesAbout YouBasic Qualifications:4+ years of accounts receivable (or similar) experienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldOther Qualifications:Organized, detail oriented and accurateProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)Strong computer skills are necessary, including Excel and Google docsStrong analytic and problem solving skillsExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong ability to follow through and take ownership of issuesCustomer service focused and solution orientedProfessional demeanorContinually evaluates processes and seeks to improve operational efficienciesOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
