Product Manager

Product Management at nCino is a unique opportunity to continue to develop industry leading solutions that help transform the way financial institutions operate and service their customers. Responsibilities Drive the product vision, strategy, development, and execution to establish world-class, industry-leading, well-adopted products Assist in the management of the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities for both existing and new features Gain understanding in market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going conversations with customers, analysts, partners, and internal stakeholders Maintain knowledge of the banking industry and fintech ecosystem and use that information in product decisions to ensure we remain competitive Support the product road map to meet business objectives & goals Aware of project plans and adjusts plans to meet deadlines Collaborate closely with development teams to evaluate and iterate on ideas and designs Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and 2+ years' experience or combination experience, education, & superior performance Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.  Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment Travel Requirements - <10% Desired: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles Knowledge of the commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations  Working knowledge of Salesforce  If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement.
