The Ads interface team builds end to end ads creation and performance management experiences that empower eBay sellers, brands and their agencies to efficiently meet their advertising goals.What you will accomplish:Define features that will drive adoption of eBay Advertising and key results for eBay sellers, brands and advertisers.Define Product-Led Growth strategies to drive adoption of platform capabilities and best practices.Keep a strong check on trends, technology and competitive landscape to drive innovation in ad buying experience.Work with cross-functional teams, such as but not limited to, sellers, marketing and analytics to understand and define Ads Interfaces strategies and roadmap. Partner with cross teams (design, UXR, Engineering, Data Science) to execute the roadmap.Own the end to end product development cycle bring A-game in execution and strategic thinking.What you will bring: 5+ years of Product Management experience in building customer facing workflows and interfaces.Experience with full lifecycle product delivery.Track record of developing and launching 0-1 products.Track record of execution of large scale project with measurable impact on delivering value to customers.Strong collaboration skills to bring multiple teams together to get the work done efficiently.Outstanding verbal and communication skills, including effective communication with senior leadership.Knowledge of the digital advertising and e-commerce ecosystem.BS or MS Degree in a technical field.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$73,600 - $114,400Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
