Description Description Support set up and adoption of new centralised test management processes
Lead change management ensuring increased engagement with Centralised Team
Drive improvements and SLAs around global testing efficacy
Communication and co-ordination with globally distributed teams
Work closely with internal organisations, project teams and partners to develop project schedules, updated processes, mitigation and deliver high quality products
Improve testing processes, environments, tools and frameworks
Act as a strong advocate for quality in the product development process for software engineering

Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering/Finance or Testing A minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in related fields Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Experience in Testing including automation with good understanding of Finance Processes Experience in testing/test management of S/4 Hana Implementations Ability to influence, and inspire change & adoption across business units Experience in product quality and uncovering hard to find scenarios and bugs Background in setting up and leading groundbreaking process improvements Experience in QA for highly scalable, distributed and dedicated platforms Experience in functional & performance testing.
