This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance. You will leverage your expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools like DocuSign to enhance systems that support the entire employee lifecycle and legal processes.Key Responsibilities:Workday HCM Leadership:Direct the management and continuous improvement of the Workday HCM system.Support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.CLM & Legal Technology Oversight:Oversee the deployment and management of CLM tools, including DocuSign.Optimize contract management processes, enhancing document workflows for efficiency and compliance.Global Team Leadership:Lead international IT teams to deliver high-quality service desk and technical support.Ensure consistent and reliable operations across all regions.Vendor & Stakeholder Management:Manage relationships with key vendors like Workday and DocuSign.Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.End User Experience Management:Uphold a commitment to exceptional end-user experiences.Ensure that all solutions meet quality benchmarks and are delivered on time and within budget.Skills & Background:Extensive experience in a global organization with responsibility for HR, Legal, and Strategy solutions.Demonstrated leadership in technology roles, with a proven ability to build and manage high-performance teams.Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly within SaaS businesses or similarly complex tech landscapes.Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization, lead change initiatives, and secure commitment.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.Deep understanding of architectural concepts, including design, technology strategy, quality management, human dynamics, and IT environments.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
