B2B eCommerce Data AnalystDescription -Job SummaryThis role is responsible for completing all training components within specified timelines and meet minimum scoring criteria, and engaging in training sessions while exhibiting problem-solving skills. The role collaborates with peers and external teams to contribute to engineering projects and test and debug issues in technical products and resolve them. The role analyzes and troubleshoots engineering issues, stays updated with industry trends to incorporate best practices, and conducts research to improve program processes.Responsibilities• Completes all training and development components of the graduate program within the specified timelines and meeting the minimum scoring criteria.• Engages in training sessions, workshops and seminars to acquire a deep understanding of engineering processes, tools, and best practices.• Exhibits distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve technical strategy based on research and trends.• Works closely with team members, engineers, and other stakeholders to contribute to engineering projects.• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to test and debug issues in technical products and identify and implement solutions.• Creates and maintains clear and comprehensive documentation for engineering processes and procedures.• Analyzes and troubleshoots engineering issues, proposing effective solutions under the guidance of mentors and supervisors.• Stays updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, actively seeking opportunities for self-improvement.• Conducts extensive research to understand and share best practices, identify process gaps, and help drive changes and set priorities for the program.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in computer programming languages, or a related field.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & SkillsNACross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts own work and acts as a team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts.Complexity• Learns to apply basic theories and concepts to work tasks.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
