We create customer experiences that amaze at the dawn of a new revolution within the PC industry, with a clear objective to lead in AI and Hybrid world.Within our Benelux cluster, we are looking for a Strategic Pricing Manager for Business Personal Systems, a key pillar of our journey toward profitable growth.The pricing manager is a strategic position within the category team, responsible for the entire end-to-end pricing of our end-user sales team. In this position, you will team up with finance, category, and sales to analyze and process all pricing requests. You will be responsible for a virtual team of pricing analysts where your personal skills will be key to success. In this position, you are based, preferably in our Belgium office, in Diegem, close to the Cluster Category Manager. However, other locations are potential alternatives we can consider. Strong execution based on data insights and analytical skills, clear communication and operational skills, time management/planning and interlock with category, sales and finance team are the key to your success in this position. Your day-to-day challenges would range from: analyzing and defining pricing up to strategic level (+200M$) for the complete Personal Systems portfolio and advising the cluster category manager to take the right decisions to secure our profitable growth ambitions.Responsibilities:Analyze all end-user quotes and process the pricing request, aligned with the corporate guidance for the cluster Benelux and for all Personal Systems products and services.Negotiate with our suppliers to get the right costing adapted to strategic needs and deals of our organization.Coach and guide our sales team to win with the right prices, in different contexts and route-to-market. Track sales plan on a regular basis to maintain the right level of Conduct several analyses to ensure pricing consistencies and compliance and adapt the systems to match our local strategies. Forecast cost evolution and instruct the team to capture the latest data.Reinvent the pricing process to find the best balance between administration and effectiveness, together with the category and finance team.Participate and team up with WW in several pricing programs and improvements processesCapability to build ad-hoc reports/dashboard (Excel with macro’s/Power Query; PowerBI; ThoughtSpot) for the category team is clearly a plus.What we wish for you to bring to the role:Education and ExperienceFirst level university degree (Bachelor); advanced university degree (master) preferred.Min 3 years of professional experience in Finance, Business Analyst, Pricing and/or Consultancy or any similar experiences you can demonstrate Knowledge and SkillsStrong analytical and reporting skills, capacity to synthesize and draw conclusions in a very dynamic environment and teamParticularly good time management and business planning capabilities, strong focus on getting things done (operations oriented)Effective communication and writing skills to highlight products values into understandable wordsStress resistance to cope with challenging deadlines and sales profiles;Passion for our HP products and technologies in IT and beyond.Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (advanced level), PowerBI and ThoughtSpot are valuedSolution oriented, demonstrates self-initiative, capacity to take ownershipLanguages: Fluency English is a requirement, with a clear plus if you can speak Dutch.
