Your primary focus will be on leveraging Python to build robust test frameworks, automate test cases, and contribute to continuous improvement in our testing processes. Key Responsibilities: • Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Python. • Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and create detailed test plans. Execute automated tests and report results. • Framework Improvement: Enhance and optimize existing test frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, and coverage. • Bug Identification: Identify, document, and track defects and issues discovered during testing. Work closely with the development team to facilitate timely resolutions. • Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure seamless and timely delivery of software. • Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing as needed to ensure the system's reliability under various conditions. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results. Provide detailed reports and feedback to stakeholders. Requirements:◦ Proficiency in Python for test automation.◦ Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Pytest, or similar. ◦ Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). ◦ Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman). ◦ Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing. ◦ Experience with creating and maintaining test plans and test cases. ◦ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ◦ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ◦ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ◦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.◦ Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
