Blue Yonder Title: Product Director (Intermediate)  Overview Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking an Intermediate Product Director to join our Product Management team. This role will play a key role in the development and execution of our product strategy and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing. The Intermediate Product Director will bring new products to market that meet the needs of our customers and help drive the success of Blue Yonder's supply chain software products.  What you’ll doContribute to the development and execution of the product strategy for Blue Yonder's supply chain software products. Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer needs. Participate in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, gathering customer requirements, and making data-driven recommendations for product enhancements. Measure and analyze the success of product launches and make recommendations for future improvements. Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, both internally and externally.  What we are looking for5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on supply chain software. Proven track record of successfully launching software products. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Experience working in Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of the supply chain software industry and the competitive landscape. Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
