As the Manager of the Product Operations BPR team, you will oversee the development & implementation of process & systems solutions that align with our business objectives. You will lead & mentor a highly skilled team, fostering their growth & development while applying project management methodologies to ensure the successful completion of key initiatives. With a strategic mindset, strong leadership, & excellent communication skills, you will drive process optimization & innovation across the organization. Description Description Lead & manage a team to implement cross-functional process & systems solutions within Product Operations Oversee the analysis & development of new processes & technology requirements to align with strategic business goals across the entire supply chain Foster a collaborative environment to understand business needs, provide innovative solutions, & encourage creative problem-solving Build & maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, influencing decisions, & gaining consensus on priorities & solutions Deliver effective presentations & reports to communicate project updates & drive alignment across various departments & global teams Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in leading teams with a strong focus on process optimization & improvement, demonstrating a track record of driving innovation. Exceptional communication, presentation, & negotiation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities, with a strategic & broad-thinking mindset. Experience managing large-scale or global projects, including process mapping, technical documentation, test planning, & user acceptance testing (UAT). Proficiency in navigating key systems, tools, & emerging technologies to enhance the speed & efficiency of delivered solutions. Bachelors degree or equivalent in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics & /or Engineering preferred.
