Description Description Successfully lead cross-functional process & systems implementations, including re-engineering supply chain processes.
Lead the analysis & recommendations for new processes & technology requirements, aligned with strategic direction
Understand business needs, & provide innovative & creative approaches to tackle challenges
Influence & build consensus among stakeholders on approaches, priorities, & solutions
Deliver clear, well-structured presentations to provide updates, & drive alignment cross functionally & globally Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Passionate about process optimisation & improvement, with a track record of delivering innovation Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation ability at all levels Strong analytical & problem solving mindset Experience of large scale/Global project involvement, either as a project manager or key business lead – including implementation, process mapping, technical documentation, test planning & UAT Ability to navigate key systems, tools & emerging technologies to maximize speed & efficiency of solutions delivered Ability to think strategically & broadly Experience in ERP systems, B2B and supply chain technologies Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics & /or Engineering preferred.
