Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Responsibilities: Comply with relevant professional standards. Possess the knowledge, skills, and technical proficiency relevant to the performance of their duties. Responsible for the execution of the assigned audit (Audit in Charge) Prepare the Audit Program of the assigned audit. Identify gaps and formulate audit recommendations. Be skilled in dealing with people and communicating the audit results effectively. Prepare and discuss the Audit Report Provide training as necessary to Internal Audit Team members. Experience: Internal Audit Experience: 5-7 years experience working within Internal Audit departments, conducting various types of audits (financial, operational, compliance, etc.). Experience in performing IT audits is preferred but not required.Experience in mentoring and coaching junior auditors, providing feedback, and fostering their professional development. Experience in preparing audit reports and presenting findings to the management and stakeholders. Experience working collaboratively within audit teams, fostering a positive and productive team environment. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) are preferred but not required.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities KnowledgeKnowledge Thorough understanding of internal audit principles, practices, and methodologies. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and industry best practices. Familiarity with risk management frameworks, compliance frameworks, internal control systems, and corporate governance principles. SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess control weaknesses and risks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with audit team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in auditing software tools and Microsoft Office applications for data analysis, documentation, and reporting. AbilitiesAbility to lead audit engagements independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines effectively. Skill in building and maintaining positive relationships with audit stakeholders, including senior management and department heads. Capacity to mentor and coach audit team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
