The Sourcing Supervisor is a creative individual who can identify innovative strategies to attract the talents that the company needs. We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Expert who can spearhead Recruitment Branding initiatives for the Bacolod site. This is indeed an exciting opportunity for those who would like to challenge themselves more and expand their knowledge in Sourcing and Marketing!Job Responsibilities:Come up with Market Intelligence Reports and Studies to better come up with Sourcing initiatives.Handle Social Media Marketing to improve Employer BrandAdapt to the current trends and grab the opportunity to incorporate them into the Marketing Strategy.Manage Employee Referral Program and create different ERP incentives to drive leads generation.Partner with Universities to attract potential hires from fresh graduates.Create onsite and offsite activities.Coordinate with Recruitment Partners.Maintain, Track, and Analyze Marketing data from all the Sourcing channels.Create Sourcing Plans and present Sourcing costs.Track Sourcing costs accordingly.Lead and Manage Sourcing Specialists remotely.Present Sourcing plans to the leadership team.Job Qualifications:Has at least 4 years of work experience in BPO Sourcing with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership capacityHas been exposed to different Sourcing facets: Digital and Social Media Marketing, Branding, Employee Referral, Special Offsite and Onsite Events, Job Caravans, University Partnership and Job Boards.Well-experienced on Reports Management and AnalyticsAbility to Analyze Sourcing numbers.
