The Consultant – Adobe Campaign is a technical role that requires providing Consulting advice and support to Clients for Implementing Adobe Campaign solution and any technical advisory required afterwards. This is a client-facing role and requires consultant to liaise with the client, understand their technical and business requirements and then Implement Adobe Campaign solution in a manner client gets most value out of the solution. Consultant’s main objective is to drive successful delivery and maintaining a high level of satisfaction for our customer.A bit more about youThe Technical Consultant will enable client success by providing innovative solutions leveraging Adobe’s Digital Marketing Suite of products. The consultant will develop coding best practices and solutions that integrate with the client’s current online infrastructure including mobile and any third party advertising efforts. The role includes utilizing and developing best practices for integrating Digital Marketing Products with existing websites, providing support and training to other marketing specialists as needed, mentoring new Development Consultants, maintaining documentation of solutions and integrations, continuing education on new technologies and platforms that provide benefit to the Digital Marketing Suite and the implementations and delivering top notch solutions to clients.What You'll DoProvide Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign solution. Specifically (but not limited to):Work with Clients to assess requirementsConfigure & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting-up ETL and data-flowsConfigure the Adobe Campaign solution to customers’ requirement including Campaigns set-ups, building web pages using ScriptingDevelop customer specific solutions where necessary and document themProactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolutionCreate Implementation plans for new and existing clientsKnowledge transfer/Training to customers on solution implementedProduct Installations, Upgrades and Configuration activitiesReporting on project delivery to Project Management and Manage projects on your own in smaller projects which don’t have dedicated Project ManagersBuild great working relationship with Onshore Consulting team, Learn and Adopt best- practices from such teams globallyWork closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementationsAct as a Development lead point of contact with Digital Marketing ConsultantsLearn multiple Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions and provide multi-product Enablement and Integration solutions to strategic clientsWork with Digital Marketing Consultants to make recommendations in regards to Digital Marketing Suite technical implementationsWhat You Need To SucceedExpertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)Programming experience (Javascript / Java / VB / C# / PHP)Knowledge on Web Technologies like HTML, CSS would be a plusGood communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentationSelf-starter - Organized and highly motivatedFast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languagesKnowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page load events a plusProject Management skills a plusAbility to develop creative solutions to problemsAble to multi-task in a dynamic environmentAble to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience leading team members will be a plusAdobe for AllAdobe strives to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals.
