The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and a talent for creating compelling content. This role demands a strong ability to build and nurture relationships, along with a sharp eye for spotting trends and opportunities.Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the CEO’s personal brand and business objectivesCreate, curate, and schedule engaging content across all relevant social media platforms, including but not limited to [List of Platforms, e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook]Cultivate and maintain a strong online community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages promptly and professionallyMonitor social media analytics and produce performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvementStay informed on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the strategy remains cutting-edgeCollaborate with the CEO and other team members to maintain consistency in messaging and brand voiceManage social media advertising campaigns (if applicable), optimizing them for the best return on investmentOversee and coordinate collaborative projects between the Business Development team and business unitsManage project timelines and ensure smooth internal coordination to support partnership activitiesTrack partnership project progress and ensure that deliverables are completed on time, meeting the objectives and key results (OKRs)Pre-Requisites :Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3+ years of experience in social media management, partnership development, or a related role, preferably within the gaming or tech industryStrong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analyticsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationshipsCreative thinker with a passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming cultureAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience in working with influencers and managing partnership campaigns is a plusFamiliarity with the gaming industry and Razer’s products is highly desirableAre you game?
