Job Requisition ID #24WD81388Position Overview This is a Group Product Manager role reporting to the Sr. Director of Data Product Management in Enterprise Systems and Experience (ESE) which is Autodesk's Information Technology (IT) organization. This is a remote/Hybrid position.  The Data Products & Insights Product Domain's mission is to enable and empower key Autodesk functions such as Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Sales, People & People experience through actionable insights, automation, self-service, and scalable data capabilities.  Autodesk is looking for a Group Product Manager with deep experience in B2B SaaS enterprise financial data, insights, and analytics to join the newly formed Data Products & Insights Product Management domain within ESE.  Responsibilities Partner with different Finance teams, (COO Finance, FP&A, Rev Accounting, etc.,) and other stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to inform strategy and visionDrive the vision, strategy & implementation of financial business performance data, insights, & analytics using the ‘data products’ approach within Data Products & Insights Hire, mentor, coach and retain a group of high-performing product managers Through inspired product group leads, oversee and actively drive delivery of roadmap commitments in partnership with Eng with Product Management accountable for landing business impact as the "CEO of product capability set” Define OKRs including the measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter, supported by a high confidence roadmap to land the committed business impactEnsure understanding and strategic partnership through regular interlocks, 1:1s and stakeholder management best practicesMinimum Qualifications 10+ years of Product Management experience delivering financial business performance analytics, insights and intelligence in a B2B SaaS business8+ years of experience hiring, developing and retaining high-performing product managers driving high-impact solutions and products10+ years of experience driving strategy, vision, and implementation of B2B SaaS enterprise financial data, insights, analytics and business intelligence, leveraging the ‘data products’ approach Exceptional planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management & analysis skills BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent Preferred Qualifications MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalentExperience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees a plusTechnical fluency; understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and new opportunities with technical team membersYou take risks and can make quick decisionsYou can take vague requirements, clarify, and drive them to executionLI-DV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $163,200 and $264,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
