Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Responsible for the management of global programs related to compensation, benefits and total wellbeing. Able to partner with HR Business Partners, and Operations leaders to solve compensation-related business problems and provide necessary guidance based on Ubiquity Total Rewards PolicyManage Global Job Management in Workday which include the conduct of Job Evaluation, Job Pricing, Levelling and market pricing.  Ensure effectiveness of the management and administration of pay and benefits that are administered in Workday.   Work with Global TR Director for the Job Architecture  and employee benefits and total well-being design.   Collaborate with Workday technical team to integrate the global and benefits structure in the system.   Work with Global TR Director on the strategy in developing benefit and wellness programs which include life and health insurance programs, clinic management and other programs or practices. Liaise with brokers, benefits consultants and legal team. Job ResponsibilitiesManages program activities related to integration of TR processes and programs in Workday including basic salary, pay adjustments, management of incentive, allowances, benefit portfolio - Group Life Insurances, and other wellbeing programs.Conducts job evaluation to determine the appropriate level of the role. Performs benchmarking to identify market pay range. Develops tools that are useful for salary structure, job architecture, and compensation analyses.Acts as the direct point of contact for matters related  Pay and Benefits in Workday. Oversee the customization of Workday following the strategies of Total Rewards. Works closely with the system developers to ensure that the design and plans are carried out and administered without delay.Attend to operational meetings with vendors, benefit admin team and HRBPs to ensure adherence of commitment towards implementation of approved Total Wellbeing programsCreates data visualization tools, and design dashboards that can be used for business development and effective decision-making (i.e. dashboard for market wages, market analyses, compensation analysis, analysis on wellbeing programs, salary trend, etc)Analyze and make compensation and benefits recommendations using internal and external data, including industry trends, best practices and legislative requirements.Research on market trends related to pay and benefits. Stay updated on the latest trends and technological advancementsProvide education to HRBPs on matter related to Compensation Policies, tools and processesSkill and Qualification At least 4 years of direct work experience in Research and development of total rewardsStrong knowledge of pay and benefits practices / legal restriction in a variety of countries;Knowledge of compensation theory, methodology, legislation, tools and processes.Expertise with multiple survey providersShows clear knowledge of retirement/pension structures and governance both state and company and benefit norms in most countriesManifest experience in managing brokers in various countriesStrong knowledge in job evaluation principle, benchmarking methodologiesOrganizational and multi-tasking skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Proficient user of HRIS software ( Payroll Integration, Workday, etc ).Research and analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions and formulate recommendations.  What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
