The Opportunity A Search & Programmatic Account Manager, will be responsible for handling the day-to-day delivery of search campaigns and contributing to profitable relationships with large brand advertisers, agencies and other companies that utilize our media buying platform. The incumbent will be proficient in planning, launching, optimizing, troubleshooting and analyzing search advertising campaigns in the platform. This knowledge will be used to support our internal SEM & Programmatic Account teams in building successful relationships with the leading brands and advertisers of the world.What you'll Do Ensure operational excellence across all SEM & DSP Accounts & lead stakeholder-facing and internal troubleshooting effortsHandling search campaign calendar, trafficking assets and approval processPerforming day to day production tasks across search accountsAnalyze performance metrics and proactively assist with campaign performance improvementsIdentify trends in data to drive optimization strategiesWork with Senior Account Managers on strategic growth strategies and implementation process across the businessIdentify quality-improving and feature improvement opportunitiesWhat you need to succeed Understanding of the digital advertising market, preferably of the Programmatic & Search space with proven track record of optimally handling Customer relationships with exceptional presentation, and interpersonal skills.8-10 years of SEM & DSP experience in brand or agency’s digital marketing teamStrong understanding of the Search & Display Advertising Ecosystem, Ad networks, rich media vendors, RTB/Programmatic media buyingHands-on expertise in handling high-value campaigns across Google & Bing advertising platformsExcellent MS Office skills to build reports, dashboard & PPTsStrong hold on Marketing fundamentals to help customer drive maximum out of their digital Ad spendsControl spends vs. monthly budget/performance goalsFollow daily performance checks for all SEM accountsCommercial/Business awareness and Renewal & Retention Management skillsStrong analytical skills; Knowledge of PowerBI, Statistical analysis etc will be preferredAbility to form an understanding of account’s business goals and marketing strategyPrevious experience working with Adobe Advertising or similar tools.Certification on Adobe Analytics or Adobe Audience Manager or RT CDPKnowledge of Pixel tracking, cookie management, javascript for reporting automationsAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
