This role will work with a wide variety of teams throughout Adobe to drive positive outcomes for our business partners and internal customers. The Alert Aggregation and Automation Software Engineer is responsible for handling integrations with internal systems, as well as developing and deploying enterprise business solutions on the ServiceNow platform.What You’ll Do Build and support “separately scoped applications” withing ServiceNow platform.Develop and customize ServiceNow UI forms, fields, notifications and workflows.Craft new, and support existing integrations, between ServiceNow and other internal systems.Develop reporting and dashboards to compliment ServiceNow applications.Provide configuration assistance including, but not limited to data imports and software integrationsAnalyze customer requirements, functional requirements and design comprehensive test suites.What You Need to SucceedSoftware Engineering/Development (BS); or equivalent degree required.Self-motivation, attention to detail, and desire to continue learning.Trained in solution design and deployment work in a SaaS environment.Experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platformExperience integrating with enterprise platforms via API and WebhooksProven technical background and a desire to provide effective solutions.Development experience in one or more of the following – Java, PHP, JavaScript, PythonExcellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking & analytical skillsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $50,800 -- $95,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
