The ADC (Asia Design Center) team focuses on research and development engineering activities. We manage multiple complex programs that support developing and TTM new products for Desktop Gaming, Modules, Datacenter, Automotive, and Pro Visualization market segments. The role of ADC’s EBM (Engineering Build Manager) is responsible for successfully planning and executing the prototype builds, to ensure all internal customers have enough prototypes for their respective development and test activities during the program development phase.What you'll be doing:Independently create and update build plans that achieve project objectivesIdentify/track key milestones, evaluate/acquire/handle resourcesResolve the accurate number of prototypes (boards & systems) needed by each group for each prototype engineering buildInteract with suppliers and vendorsDefine tasks, drive assignments, and lead the progressOptimize engineering build planning, cost, schedule, logistics, staffing, testing, communication/reporting, implementation, and execution.Identify risks and develop/execute risk management plans and Ensure proper prototype distribution on timeRegularly provide the leadership team with project status reportsAssist in improving existing models, and processes and help feedback to improve infrastructureWhat we need to see:5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing/operations environmentBS EE/IE degree or equivalent experienceStrong manufacturing and R&D background and Knowledge of project management techniques and toolsStrong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of NVIDIASolid leadership, facilitation, problem-solving, and project management skills are required to be successful in this roleConsistent track record of leading the release of quality projects into manufacturingExperience in working with suppliers, vendors, and customersCapability to quickly learn, understand, communicate, and integrate technical concepts and issues
