In this role, you will lead a small, talented team of designers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute compelling content for marketing campaigns, and new product launches.Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of multi disciplined designers. Foster a collaborative and inspiring environment to maximize team performance. Provide art direction and guidance for design specialists (web, photography, video) to follow the campaign style and messagingCreative Direction: Develop and oversee creative concepts and execute design strategies for advertising campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives. Ensure all visual communications align with Razer’s brand identity and goals.Brand Consistency: Ensure that all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all channels and platforms.Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.Design Quality: Review and approve design work, ensuring that all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end design process for multiple projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Pre-Requisites :5+ years design industry experience, preferably within an advertising agency environment. English and Vietnamese speaking is a must.Demonstrated experience in a design leadership role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and design projectsStrong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and guide a design team, fostering an environment of creativity and excellence.Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and in a teamUnderstanding of gaming culture**Include your portfolio in your application.Are you game?
