Ready to be a Titan?This role reports directly to the Accounts Payable Manager and will play an integral and supportive role in the Accounts Payable and Employee Expense business process. In addition, this position will support month- end tasks. The key functions of this role include but are not limited to the following:What you'll do:3-Way matching: Process P.O. invoices on a daily basis in an efficient and timely mannerNon-P.O. invoice processing following our spend policyMaintain and update our Supplier records in our systemManage and verify expense reports, ensuring their compliance with company policiesClassify invoices and expense reports with correct GL accounts and departments, ensuring proper entry into the financial systemInvestigate and resolve problems associated with the processing of invoices and expense reportsWork with Internal Stakeholders to provide guidance on our AP procedures and work to resolve compliance to our policyReceive, research, and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning payment statusResolve discrepancies related to invoices to appropriate vendors or points of contact.Assist with monthly closings, preparation of support, and tasks as required to support the Accounting DepartmentPotential ad-hoc projects and assignmentsGenerate yearly 1099 tax documents and obtain W-9 forms from vendors.What you'll need:3+ years of Accounts Payable experience requiredExperience with Service and Software related InvoicesExperience Managing multiple AP mailbox and/or high-volume AP inboxes Experience in Working in a high growth/fast paced environment W9 and 1099 knowledge is a plusExperience with ERP Systems, especially in Workday is a plusExperience with the P.O.’s and three-way match processes preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to own and follow up on issues until completionStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines and work independentlyBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $54,000 USD - $78,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
