This role is fully remote and based in Sweden. You will report to the Manager of Northern Europe Consulting (AEC).As a Business Consultant, you will work with our clients to develop their digital strategies, define criteria for success, assess current processes and project performance, create business value justification for initiatives, and prepare to implement solutions that produce meaningful business results. We ask that you focus on:Business strategyTechnology solution definitionTechnology implementation and change management approachesCommercial proposal developmentCreating and maintaining high-value client relationships based on your ability to solve their business challengesPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesHave a general understanding of Autodesk Industry Vision and SolutionsWork closely with customers at the executive and senior business leader level to understand their visionUnderstand, document, and communicate customer business goals and processesRecommend options and best solution approaches to achieve customer business objectives, collaborating where needed with the Solution Architect, other consultants, and Autodesk stakeholders to prepare and present solutions to customersUse proven Change Management principles and tools to define and implement enterprise adoption strategies for Autodesk solutionsHelp prepare, review, and manage high-quality deliverable documents including proposals, business assessments and recommendations, business process analysis, and workflow documentationDevelop realistic and pragmatic implementation plans considering alternative scenariosIdentify risks and opportunities to succeed leveraging Autodesk SolutionsFacilitate efficient decision-making processes and issue resolutionParticipate in sales and proposal presentations and identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organizationsEstablish yourself as an industry thought leader by identifying, creating, and promoting compelling insights related to your area of expertiseDemonstrate competence in strategic thinking and planning, communications, and leading boldly for resultsAdapt to changes quickly, help to get situations unstuck and keep controlLead engagements with customers and serve as a representative at the executive levelIdentify and articulate business benefits, including benefits realization plans from pre-sale through project completion phasesMinimum QualificationsProficient in a Nordics language/s and EnglishBachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management, or another applicable area5+ years of hands-on experience in relevant industries3+ years of experience working on business improvement initiatives that require the implementation of digital solutionsWillingness to travel up to 50% to Autodesk events and customer meetings#LI-FB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
