We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Growth team at Workiva. Our Growth Program Management Office (PMO) team is a critical component of Workiva's strategy-to-execution framework, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth and maximizing the value of our products. As a Senior Program Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and ensure the seamless execution of our cross-solution initiatives.In this role, you will be at the forefront of our strategic and high-impact initiatives. You will lead complex, cross-functional projects that are critical to our growth and success, working closely with executive leadership, solution owners, and global teams. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our initiatives are executed efficiently, aligned with broader business goals, and delivered with precision.What You’ll DoLead the planning, execution, and delivery of key growth initiatives across multiple regions and functions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectivesOrchestrate and negotiate project plans with cross-functional teams, partnering closely with Solution Owners across all phases of the project life cycleEngage and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to secure support and ensure project goals are metUtilize a data-centric approach to inform decision-making, leveraging data tooling and analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and create action plans to achieve growth objectivesReport program progress and results to stakeholders, providing transparency with metrics regularly communicated to executive leadershipEnsure program profitability by managing all aspects of execution, while also fostering a culture of innovation through incubation management and solution operationsContribute to the strategic planning of business operations, helping to shape the direction of future enterprise initiativesWhat You’ll NeedRequired Qualifications7+ years of Program Management experience in a complex, matrixed, and international environment, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related fieldPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree or MBA from a highly ranked school is highly preferredStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Smartsheet)PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification Demonstrated ability to manage and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, with a strong business acumen that aligns projects to broader organizational goalsExperience leading cross-functional teams, driving collaboration, and managing projects with agility in a growth-focused organizationProven track record of implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across projectsFamiliarity with data analytics tools and the ability to leverage data for decision-making and project trackingExperience in the technology or SaaS industry, particularly within a high-growth enterprise tech company or a consulting role focused on tech transformationStrong understanding of global market dynamics, with experience managing projects across multiple regionsAbility to lead with influence, partnering with globally distributed teams to achieve shared goals and drive organizational transformationsTravel Requirements & Working ConditionsThis role typically requires no more than 25% travel, allowing for a healthy work-life balanceTo thrive in this role, you will need a dependable internet connection to unlock the world of remote work opportunitiesHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $139,000.00 - $236,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
