We are excited to hire a new Associate People Operations Analyst as our team is growing! You will join the Position Management team that leads Clarivate’s position approvals, position moves, and aligns positions to our organizational design plans. You will review incoming requests for accuracy, take actions in Workday, educate users on the process, and ensure changes made to positions during the approval process are reflected in the Workday system. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance, as you will prepare data analysis and reports for the position management and provide historical data as well as position tracking reports. Keeping up with a culture of rapid growth and change, you will administer changes of positions, remove unneeded positions, and maintain vacancy reports.About you-experience, education, skills and accomplishments​ 1+ years of general HR or related experience1+ years of working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point1+ years of experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with various teams 1+ years of experience working on administrative tasks, reports, procedures and dataProficiency in EnglishIt would be great if you also have . . .  Prior Workday knowledge and experience preferred.​Bachelor’s degree with a specific Human Resources, Business, or related field focusWhat will you be doing in this role?  Manages the position management process to ensure that all positions are appropriately entered in the position management system and changes made to positions are updated in the Workday system.Administers changes of positions, removes unneeded positions, and maintains vacancy reports.Assists in system integration of position management to detect errors, duplication, and omission of data; verifies that positions are budgeted; ensures position has been properly approved.Prepares data analysis and reports for the position management; provides historical data; provides position tracking reports.Manages concerns and queries raised through centralized HR Help platform and Position Management inbox.Ensures the integrity and accuracy of the position management system.About the Team   You will be a member of a wider People Operations Team. Working collaboratively with team members, you will assist in identifying errors, duplication, and omission of data. While partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams, you will verify that positions are budgeted and ensure positions have been properly approved. Understanding the importance of communication, you will organize and respond to concerns and queries raised through the centralized positions management inbox.
