Technology Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Technology Operations Analyst to join our Service Management team in Bangalore/Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work on ServiceNow. Your expertise in configuring system data, troubleshooting technical issues, and understanding system operations will be a great asset to the team.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Proven experience in a technical systems operation or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering technology solutionsKnowledge, skills, or abilities: in-depth knowledge of IT operations, system administration, security, system monitoring and management, and cloud-based technologies are desiredTech stack: ServiceNowEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree or at least 4 years of equivalent relevant experience It would be great if you also had . . .  IT Service Management process or ITIL training and certification is a plus. Experience working on an Agile team using Scrum or Kanban methodologiesPrevious experience managing ServiceNowEducation: Master's degreeWhat will you be doing in this role? Oversee day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow systems, ensuring system data is configured properly to maintain business operationsMonitor and analyze system data to identify areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operationsProvide support for business requestsCollaborate with the technical teams to implement projectsProduct you will be developingWe will be working on consolidating 2 ServiceNow instances into a single instance to provide improved and consolidated Service Management best practices for Clarivate. About the Team   We are working to expand our ServiceNow development team.  Currently our team consists of 4 engineers: 3 in India, 1 in Jersey.Hours of Work  Full Time45hrs/week (2 to 11 PM IST)HybridAt Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
