ScopeThis is an Individual Contributor (IC) role based out of India and reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Performance and Technology (US based).This role will be central to building a data-driven organization, helping to bring analytical rigor to our marketing strategy planning, pipeline management, and marketing performance measurement efforts. What you will doDevelop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)Support pipeline generation and management efforts, providing data and insights to highlight areas of strength and opportunity within our sales/marketing funnel and recommend opportunities to improve trendsImplement models to understand and report on the factors influencing our pipeline and closed/won deals, shaping our future go-to-market strategies.Partner with business analytics team to ensure reports are available on key aspects of marketing performanceEnsure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives and ROI targets.Work closely with sales, sales operations, and finance teams to integrate cross-functional data, providing a holistic view of the customer journey and business performance.Collaborate on the standardization of key performance indicators, marketing measurements and data definitions. Act as subject matter authority for those measurements and the underlying data/calculationsWhat we are looking forThe ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in B2B marketing technologies and attribution models, and the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.9+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.Mandatory - Strong proficiency in Salesforce required.Mandatory - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Preferred - Experience with Data Visualization (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)Preferred - Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Marketo Measure (Bizible), Google Analytics, Matomo).Preferred - Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation preferred.Preferred - Familiarity with the latest trends in marketing performance reporting and B2B marketing attribution modelsExcellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
