Hardware Technologies organization is looking for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to drive novel technology development into future Health platforms. In this critical role, the candidate will manage programs involving architecture definition, design, prototyping, integration, and validation, including clinical studies, of cutting-edge technologies for Health platform. You will partner with engineers and managers from cross-functional teams to define, schedule, track, and help lead the work for these groundbreaking technologies. Description Description Partner with cross-functional teams including Clinical/Software/Firmware and Hardware Engineering to deliver state-of-the-art technologies
Define the program plan/schedule and manage program execution
Deliver communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process
Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication
Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status
Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently
Improve the system: Look for patterns, offer best practices and implement change
Limited domestic or international travel may be required

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $56.65 and $85.52/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
