Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:The Identity and Productivity Automation team at CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive the strategy, implementation, and operational support for our enterprise application toolchain and collaboration platforms. This senior role will oversee the Atlassian product stack including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and related DevOps tools/services as well as collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and people management skills to develop high-performing teams.What You’ll Do: Define the technology vision and roadmap for enterprise IT applications aligned with business needsLead the implementation, configuration, and integration of the Atlassian toolset across the organizationEstablish IT service management processes including change control, release management, and incident responseDevelop and execute a cloud strategy to migrate on-premises tools to SaaS or hosted environmentsEnsure high availability, performance, security, and compliance for all managed applicationsOversee vendor/contractor relationships and negotiate/manage application licensing, support contractsBuild, mentor and provide technical leadership to a team of application administrators/engineersImplement DevOps culture with CI/CD pipelines, automated provisioning and application monitoringMeet rigorous security standards including FedRAMP Moderate/High for government cloud workloadsManage capital and operational budgets for the applications portfolioClosely collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Project Management teams to deeply understand their application needsDevelop and implement operational models, processes and guardrails to accelerate software delivery while mitigating stability and compliance risksServe as a strategic partner to remove bottlenecks and enable seamless, high-velocity value streams across the toolchainPlus management of the collaboration tools portfolio including:Define standards and governance for approved collaboration platformsOversee implementation, integration and support for communication/productivity applicationsEnsure secure sharing, storage and collaboration across the technology stackManage subscriptions, licensing and vendor relationships for collaboration toolsM&A Responsibilities:Lead migration and consolidation efforts for application portfolios during mergers and acquisitionsEvaluate inherited tools/platforms and develop standardization roadmapsManage integration of disparate toolchains into unified enterprise environmentsDevelop processes for secure offboarding/access removal of divested applicationsWhat You’ll Need:12+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale application platforms and toolchainsDeep expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) for 10000+ usersStrong technical skills including scripting, CI/CD, container/cloud technologiesExperience leading teams of application administrators, engineers, and support staffSolid understanding of ITIL practices and IT service management frameworksExcellent project management, communication and stakeholder management abilitiesTrack record executing change management and process improvement initiatives  Experience achieving security authorizations and meeting compliance standards (FedRAMP, FISMA, etc.)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical fieldPlus experience with:Enterprise collaboration and productivity platformsCloud storage/file sharing applicationsProject/work management toolsOnline whiteboards/ideation toolsResource/workforce management solutions#LI-NA1#LI-RemoteBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $135,000 - $225,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
